On the overview page of an event or catalog you can "Start registration" (or "continue registration").
Below that button, you also have the option to repeat a similar registration by clicking on "copy from a previous event". THIS WILL ERASE ANY DATA YOU HAVE ALREADY ENTERED. Then click on copy next to the registration you want to copy from.
You will still need to review all the data and fill in missing fields as every registration is different.
