Collecting Information: Add/Update Inventory IDs (bulk import)

To assign or update the internal IDs of a large number of products in your request on Bottlebooks we can import a bunch of IDs in once:

• Download the Excel Product ID Template here attached:
  
  

COLUMN A (Product ID): is the Bottlebooks internal ID of the product you would like to assign the Inventory ID in column B

COLUMN B (Product Internal ID): is your Inventory ID number

COLUMN C (EAN): you can fill this column out with just a 1

• We now need to find out which products in your registration need a new Inventory ID and the correspondent Bottlebooks internal ID. Export the Product Information file by clicking on Exports in your registration:
  

• Click on Product Information Export:
  
  
• Once the file will be ready to download will appear here and you can click on it do download:
  
  
  
  
• Open the file and search for the Internal ID column:
  
  
  Here you can filter the product with no inventory ID or search for the ones that need to be modified by the name for example.
  Copy the Bottlebooks internal ID of the products you wish to add the Inventory ID to column A in the Template
  
  
• Then go to Products section in your registration and click on Manage Internal IDs:
  
  
  
  
• Click on Upload Internal IDs:
  
  
• And Upload here the Template previously filled out:
