How to manage an event or collection - add exhibitor

Add exhibitors


If you want to add exhibitors to your event/collection, please click on your event/collection and next click on →"Add partner" as you can see below:



Please type the name of the partner, Bottlebooks system will search for a possible match:

If you are able to find the correct partner, just click on it.
If not, please click on → “Can’t find partner”.

The system will allow you to create the partner by filling out the business name and business type as you can see below:

There are two options 1) Producer with a single brand - this is mostly for wineries and 2) Has or works with multiple brands.

To save the information, just click on “Continue”.
