Request updates (missing information)
Sometimes there will be exhibitors/suppliers who do not fill out every field that is mandatory.
In these cases, there will be on the overview an orange sign next to the step that is missing information.
In this example, there is incomplete information on products:
If you click on products, it shows that the product → spirit 1 has incomplete information:
You can check what is missing by clicking on the product.
An orange message will appear on the top of the page with the information that is missing. You should scroll down the page to search for those fields.
The missing field will appear with a red error mark as below:
After introducing the information the error will disappear and if you finish all the changes you can click on -> "Save & Close"
