How to Manage a Product Based Request - Match and Unmatch Products

If one of your suppliers added a product without matching it (see screenshot below) you can match the product for them:

Example: You realize that the product “Bordeaux” corresponds to the product that is highlighted above, you need to click on → “Match product” and it will redirect you to the following page:



You can either search for the brand/producer in the search bar, or you can add the product directly from portfolio.

“Click on portfolio” → search for the product name (in this case Bordeaux). 
When you find the corresponding product you can click on → “Select”  →  “Done”



Afterward this product will appear with green marked information → “Matched”

If you realize that one of your suppliers mismatched a product, you can unmatch it by clicking on → “...More” → “Unmatch product”.
