Product Based Request

Product Based Request are Bottlebooks Request for your product information, where the list of products you need to enter is already listed for you within the request. 

Please follow these guidelines to answer such a request:

To enter your registration either follow the registration link sent to you by email.  You can also go your Dashboard (https://app.bottlebooks.me/dashboard) anc click on the correct request.

Once you arrive at the request, you will see a step by step process. On the left, you will be able to track your progress through each stage. Click on Start Registration.

Fill out the details of your business in the Profile Section - and make sure you add all the information requested.

Click Continue, at the bottom of the page, in order to pass to the Third Step - 'Products'. 

A list of all the Requested Products will appear.

The goal is to move all products to the 'Matched state'. Being match means that the name, vintage and EAN code have been associated with an existing product in Bottlebooks. If the product corresponds, you will see a green rectangle with the word 'Matched'. 

If you see the 'Match Product' button, click it to try to match that reference with an existing product.  If the product doesn't yet exist in Bottlebooks, you have to create it. See the screenshot below.

If you see your vintage as 'incomplete' and wish to add more information, you can do so by clicking on the vintage name in blue.
