IT Products: Adding your products (Producer) - Prodotti: Aggiungere prodotti (Produttori)

Follow these steps to add your products (Wine, Beer or Spirits) to an event or catalog in Bottlebooks.

This guide is for wineries with one brand. If you are a multi-brand winery, importer, agency, multi-brand winery, association, distributor, or retailer. 

Seguite questi passi per aggiungere i vostri prodotti (Vino, Birra o Liquori) ad un evento o ad un catalogo su Bottlebooks.

Questa guida è per le cantine con un solo marchio. Se siete un'azienda vinicola multimarca, un importatore, un'agenzia, un'associazione, un distributore o un rivenditore, consultate: IT Products: Adding your products (not a Producer) - Prodotti: Aggiungere prodotti (per non Produttori)

1. Go to your Event or Catalog registration in Bottlebooks and click on "Products" in the left-hand menu. 

Note: some events will have a wine limit which will be displayed in the top pf the registration.

1. Andate alla registrazione ad un Evento o per un Catalogo su Bottlebooks e cliccate su "Prodotti" nel menu di sinistra. 

Nota: alcuni eventi avranno un limite di vini che verrà visualizzato nella parte superiore della registrazione.

2. Click on "Add Product" in the top right. 

2. Cliccare su "Aggiungi prodotto" in alto a destra. 

2.1 Now enter your product name.  If you see the name appear, click on it. If you see the product name appear, but with another vintage, select the vintage you want to base this wine on (Bottlebooks will bring over common information like region to the new wine). Then select and vintage and click on "Continue".   

2.1 Inserite ora il nome del vostro prodotto.  Se vedete apparire il nome, cliccate su di esso. Se vedete apparire il nome del prodotto, ma con un'altra annata, selezionate l'annata su cui volete basare questo vino (Bottlebooks riporterà nel nuovo vino le informazioni dell'annata precedente). Quindi selezionare l' annata e cliccare su "Continua". 

2.2 If you do not see your product, enter the product name and click on "My product is not on this list." Select the type of product and then click on Save and Continue.

2.2 Se non vedete il vostro prodotto, inserite il nome del prodotto e cliccate su "Il mio prodotto non è in questa lista". Selezionate il tipo di prodotto e cliccate su Salva e continua.

2.3 Review and complete your product information and click "Save and Close".

2.3 Esaminate e completate le informazioni sul prodotto e cliccate su "Salva e chiudi".

3. If you are a Bottlebooks Pro Member and maintain a portfolio on Bottlebooks, you can add wines from your portfolio.

3. Se sei un Membro Bottlebooks Pro e hai un portafoglio completo su Bottlebooks, puoi aggiungere vini dal tuo portafoglio.

In the top right-hand corner click on "+ Add from Portfolio". Next to the products you wish to add click on "Add to Event".  When you are done, click "Close" in the bottom right of the pop-up. 

In alto a destra cliccare su "+ Aggiungi dal portafoglio". Accanto ai prodotti che desiderate aggiungere cliccate su "Aggiungi all'evento".  Quando avete finito, cliccate su "Chiudi" in basso a destra del pop-up. 

After the products are added, complete any products still listed as incomplete (yellow), but clicking on the name of the products.

Dopo aver aggiunto i prodotti, completa tutti i prodotti ancora elencati come incompleti (giallo) cliccando sul loro nome.
