If you choose to copy from Bottlebooks Portfolio as below, you can search for the products you have already within your Bottlebooks portfolio and copy the product information over:

You can search for your product as below, please click on the correct product and click on -> "Select & Review Data" to get you to the next step.

Vous pouvez rechercher votre produit comme ci-dessous, veuillez cliquer sur le produit et cliquer sur -> "Sélectionner et réviser les données" pour passer à l'étape suivante.

You will be redirected to our e-label form in order to check the information that was copied over and add additional information if needed.

Vous serez redirigé vers notre formulaire e-label afin de vérifier les informations qui ont été copiées et d'ajouter des informations supplémentaires si nécessaire.

On the left side, you can find a menu bar on the right side you have a live preview of what your e-label will look like. Whenever you change any information on the form you will see it in the preview as well.

À gauche, vous trouverez une barre de menu; à droit, vous aurez un aperçu en direct de ce à quoi ressemblera votre e-label. Chaque fois que vous modifiez une information sur le formulaire, vous le verrez également dans l'aperçu.

There are some required fields in order to meet the EU regulations. These fields are marked as required (please check the screenshot below).

Certains champs sont obligatoires afin de respecter la réglementation européenne. Ces champs sont marqués comme obligatoires (veuillez consulter la capture d'écran ci-dessous).

We encourage you to enter all the information required on the form, to make your e-label look better and have this information visible to the consumer.

Nous vous encourageons à saisir toutes les informations requises dans le formulaire, afin d'améliorer l'apparence de votre e-label e et de rendre ces informations visibles pour le consommateur. 

In the form, you will also find a few help icons -> "?" in order to explain what is required in the fields.

Dans le formulaire, vous trouverez des icônes d'aide -> " ?" afin d'expliquer ce qui est demandé dans les champs.

When you finished, you can click on -> "Publish now" to get your updated version live.

Lorsque vous avez terminé, vous pouvez cliquer sur -> "Publier maintenant" pour mettre en ligne votre version mise à jour.

If some required information is missing, there will be a pop-up message to inform you about it.

Si certaines informations requises sont manquantes, un message contextuel vous en informera.

You can either choose if you want to proceed and publish -> "Yes" or if you want to go back in the form and complete the missing fields -> "Cancel".

Vous pouvez choisir si vous voulez continuer et publier -> "Oui" ou si vous voulez retourner dans le formulaire et compléter les champs manquants -> "Annuler".
