Get more traffic to your stand by providing rich and engaging content to visitors.

It is all about The Guest Experience

The end user is our guests, both trade and consumers attending our events.

How your wines and winery appears in the app is entirely dependent on the quality of the information your team has entered.

Our guests will be able to pre-select the wineries and wines they would like to visit during the event.. standing out from the crowd will help your wines get noticed.

1. Complete all optional fields to have the best profile.

All exhibitor profile and wine information comes from the information you enter, we therefore advise you to enter not only mandatory fields but also optional ones. This will reflect on your exhibitor page on the online directory a page where visitors can find all the information needed.

2. Add images and videos to your profile

Winery videos

Videos are an essential part of promoting your business to new customers. Every winery has an interesting story to tell, and it’s the perfect way to introduce yourself to visitors ahead of an event.

Photo Gallery

Share the emotion behind the production of your wines. Image galleries also appeal greatly to trade visitors who need great content to promote your wines to their customers.

3. Complete wine details help you get on tasting lists

Wine description, analytics, awards, and certifications

Adding more details increases the chance to be found and catching the interest of possible clients. Visitors can then mark your wines into their tasting lists in order for them to take some tasting notes and other comments.

Bottle images

A nice bottle shot is the best presentation you can give to your wines. No pictures or bad pictures poorly reflect the potential of your products, therefore we recommend you use a great bottle shot.

Tasting videos

Videos are a great way for visitors to learn about your wine and get to know your business before the event.

4. Highlight your Wines

We created a filter in our Directory to highlight particular characteristics of your products.

When you are entering your product information on Bottlebooks make sure you add the highlights that differentiate your wines from the others. It will be easier for visitors to find your products that way.
